Revenge Is Sweet

by Pippa Lang

Comic-strip hero and decadent superstar Gene Simmons is looking forward to the release of Kiss' twenty-first album, 'Revenge'. "It may be our twenty-first platinum..." he predicts, looking forward to another wealthy injection of wealth, success and, of course, girls.

Kudos To Kiss

by Jeff Scott Young

Only the fragmented, ultra-eclectic atmosphere of '90s rock could you find Kiss My Ass, the forthcoming album that brings together members of Rage Against the Machine, Tool, and Faith No More with Dinosaur Jr., Gin Blossoms and the American Symphony Orchestra. What's the common thread here? KISS!

They're Back

by Andy Secher

Kiss have an attitude problem. Yeah, they know it. they'll even admit it. In fact, they're damn proud of it. Ya see, there's been a big change in attitude for bassist Gene Simmons, guitarist Paul Stanley, guitarist Bruce Kulick and drummer Eric Singer. No more are they the multimedia moguls whose attentions are constantly being diverted by production deals, movie contracts and record label signings. However the year did not end as well as it began for the group. It closed with the untimely death of drummer and dear friend, Eric Carr.

Alive Alive Alive Ohh!

by Joe Mackett

By Gene Simmons' own admission the question he's been asked most often over the past decade is 'When are Kiss going to release Alive III?'. I myself felt the urge when questioning Paul Stanley last year, he answered that, "We want to make it very special and great. We want to make sure that it's not a bad sequel to Alive II".

Kiss Is Back

by Chris Welch

Yes it was Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley and friends returning to show that they are still metal giants.
'I Stole Your Love' was the unexpected opening song of the evening although this wasn't going to be the only suprise! Shortly before at the traditional 'meet and greet' backstage party Paul Stanley had promised an exceptional show. He proved thirty minutes later to have kept his word in every way. No expense had been spared in either the choice of songs, the extravagance stage performances or in the final display of pyrotechnics.
